Die meisten meiner Yoga Stunden sind Vinyasa Flows. Mal anstrengender, mal entspannender, je nachdem, was Du Dir wünschst 🙂
Pilates-Inspired
Ich baue auch gerne Pilates-Elemente in die Yoga Stunden ein. So können wir eine schöne Balance aus Flexibilität und Kraft erreichen!
Yin-Inspired
Zum Entspannen tut Yin Yoga gut. Um tief in die Posen gehen zu können, ist eine Aufwärmphase wichtig.
Alignment
Wir arbeiten an den Grundlagen und schauen uns einzelne Posen ganz genau an.

So läuft eine 1:1 Privatstunde ab.
Wir treffen uns virtuell über Jitsi, Skype oder Zoom.
Alle Einheiten dauern 30 min.
Wir machen gemeinsam Yoga 🙂 Das schaut so ähnlich aus wie meine Videos und der Fokus orientiert sich an deinen Wünschen. Danach schicke ich dir die Sequenz mit Bildern als pdf.
Der Preis für 30 min beträgt 30 €.
