Crunchy Nut Granola

peanutbutter

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 170ºC.
Chop the nuts and seeds into small chunks.
30 g walnuts,
20 g pumpkin seeds,
30 g brazil nuts,
30 g almonds
In a mixing bowl, mix peanutbutter and maple syrup (if the peanut butter is too hard, you can warm it up a little bit to make it creamier)
70 g peanutbutter,
60 g maple syrup
Add the chia seeds, salt and cinnamon and mix (I use a silicon spatula).
10 g chia seeds, whole or shredded,
1 dash salt,
1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
Gradually, add in the oats and mix well. Then add the nuts and mix again.
130 g oats
Spread onto a baking sheet (I use baking paper) and use the spatula to press the granola together, this will help to form nice big chunks.
Bake for about 7 minutes. Then mix around a bit and bake for 5-7 more minutes. Let it cool down a bit & enjoy :)
Notes
I like to eat this granola with banana, coconut yoghurt and plant-based milk :)
