We’re flowing through heat building Pilates and Yoga exercises that will leave you feeling energized, motivated and ready for whatever the day might bring you.

Fire, associated with passion, confidence and motivation, represents transformation and the process of change. So today we flow with that energy, focusing on our core while strengthening the lower body while adding in some intermediate Yoga poses to enable the transformation within us.
