Today’s class is all about waking up your body to start your day in a beautiful way ♡ We’re going to wake up our body and mind through gentle strengthening exercises like chaturanga and warrior pose and then adding in some stretches to release any tension you may feel in your hips, upper body and lower body.

The class is silent, so just music and no talking. This can help you to enjoy your morning flow uninterrupted and in a peaceful environment.
