For Plough/Plow Pose (Halasana): If plow pose isn’t for you, that’s totally fine. Just stay in your Apanasana (knees to chest) as demonstrated in the video. Remember that your practice should help you feel your best, so don’t rush into any pose that doesn’t feel good.
