Vinyasa
Most of my classes are Vinyasa Flows. We’re moving through fluid sequences while incorporating sculpting exercises to build strength.
Pilates-Inspired
I like to add Pilates exercises into my classes. That way we keep a balance between strength and flexibility!
Yin-Inspired
Yin Yoga is a beautiful way to release any tension. I always make sure to offer warm ups before going into deeper stretches.
Alignment
Alignment is crucial for a safe and effective yoga practice. I offer lots of modifications during my classes to make them accessible for every level.
