300gspelt flour (Type 630)Whole-grain spelt flour (Type 1050) works as well!
Start with crumbling the yeast into the warm water and stir to dissolve.
1/2 cube fresh yeast, 150 ml warm water
Sift the flour into a mixing bowl (or whisk in the bowl) and add the salt.
300 g spelt flour (Type 630), 1 tsp salt
Use a spoon to make a hole in the middle of the flour. Pour the oil and yeast water into the hole and sprinkle the sugar on top of the yeast water. Stir in a little flour from the edges and let it sit for 10 minutes.
3 Tbl olive oil, 1/2 tsp sugar
Now, knead the flour mix well with the dough hooks of a hand mixer until the dough forms a ball.
Sprinkle the inside of the bowl with flour, cover with a tea towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for 60 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Divide the dough in half and pull each half into a round shape with your hands. Place on a baking sheet and add your favorite pizza toppings.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes the lowest level. Done, enjoy! 🙂
