Today’s Yogalates class begins with core strengthening exercises in table top and plank before going into our standing series, where we’re focusing on our lower body and balance with poses like crescent lunge, squats and eagle pose. In the end, right after a little abs challenge, we’re going to stretch before taking a couple of breaths in Savasana.
