5 Min Pilates Plank Challenge | Core, Abs & Obliques

Up for a core challenge? Then join me for this *just music, no talking* 5 Minute Plank Workout that will challenge your entire core area, helping you to sculpt & strengthen your abs and obliques!

We’re beginning this class with wrist circles to prepare our wrists for the upcoming planks, but during the workout, we’ll switch it up, going through planks, side planks and forearm planks so your wrists get little breaks. Remember that you can always modify by bringing your knee(s) down, otherwise push through it! I know it’s hard but you’ll feel so proud afterwards!
