7 Min Upper Body Workout || Tone your Arms, Shoulders, Back & Chest

Just Pop music, no talking – This short but effective 8 min Upper Body Workout combines effective Yoga & Pilates exercises with small weights (or water bottles) while offering modifications for beginners. You can easily do this workout from the comfort of your home, toning your arms, back, chest and shoulders which will help to improve your posture.

For today’s Upper Body workout we’re using weights (mine are 3 kg) or water bottles to fire up your muscles. This workout will challenge your entire upper body, toning your core, abs, arms, shoulders, triceps, back and chest.
