Total Body Yoga x Pilates Workout for Balance | 20 min

Join me for this fun Pilates inspired Full Body Yoga workout ✨ These movements can improve your stability & balance while toning and strengthening your core, legs, booty and upper body in only 20 minutes!

In today’s Yogalates class we’re working through some fun but challenging table top variations that will help to warm up and strengthen your entire midsection, toning your core and back while challenging your stability. We’re also adding in some exercises for your arms and shoulders, working the upper body. After that, we’re going into some booty toning movements and working the legs at the same time, sculpting every angle of your lower body. At the end of the class, we’re going to take a few minutes to stretch out our muscles, to release any tension and to relax.
